How to manage your PyxelJam Studio account - signing up, keeping your details current, and bringing your team on board.

Creating an account

Sign up with your name, email address, and a password. We send a verification email right away - click the link inside it to activate your account. On the Starter plan, verifying your email is also what releases your 300 trial credits.

If the verification email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the address correctly. You can request a fresh verification link from the login screen.

Changing your email address

Go to Settings → Profile and enter your new address. For security, the change requires re-verification: we send a confirmation link to the new address, and the switch only completes once you click it. Until then, your old address stays active, so you are never locked out by a typo.

Resetting your password

• Logged in? Change your password in Settings → Profile.
• Locked out? Use the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email and we send a reset link. The link is valid for a limited time; if it expires, just request a new one.

Notification preferences

Settings → Profile also holds your notification preferences. You can choose which events notify you - finished generations, failed jobs, team activity - and enable browser notifications so long-running renders ping you even when the tab is in the background.

Team seats

Each plan includes a number of seats, counting the account owner:

Everyone on the account shares the same plan, credit balance, and asset libraries, so the whole team works from one pool.

Inviting team members

The account owner invites members from Settings → Users:

1. Open Settings → Users and choose Invite.
2. Enter the person's email address and pick a role.
3. They receive an invitation email with a link to set up their login.

Invitations count against your seat limit once accepted. The owner can remove members or change roles at any time from the same screen.

Roles

• Editor - full creative access: create and edit projects, generate images and video, manage assets. Cannot change billing or manage users.
• Viewer - read-only access: can open projects and review content, but cannot edit or generate.
• Guest - limited access for external reviewers: sees only what is explicitly shared, typically for client review and approval.

The account owner always has full control, including billing and user management.
